Serving as the leasing partner for Tech Center Research Park, Colliers is focused on attracting dynamic businesses to the campus while fostering a collaborative environment where ideas, innovation and connections can thrive. On a day-to-day basis, their team handles leasing activities on behalf of ownership, working closely with prospects, tenants and brokerage partners to ensure TCRP remains a vibrant and competitive destination.

Rather than waiting for prospects to come to them, the team works proactively to make sure anyone looking for space or seeking the unique opportunities TCRP provides is fully aware of what the park has to offer. And the results show. One milestone the Colliers team is especially proud of? Achieving 100% occupancy at Tech Center Building 700, an achievement that speaks to the strength of the park, its tenants and the collaborative effort behind its success. Building 800 is open for leasing now.

One of the things the Colliers team enjoys most about their work at TCRP is learning about the innovative businesses and entrepreneurs choosing to grow and invest in Newport News. In the coming year, Colliers is focused on sharpening and clearly articulating TCRP’s value proposition, developing marketing strategies that highlight what makes the park unique and identifying complementary companies that would further enhance collaboration across the campus.
